The role involves assisting in conceptualizing and designing visuals for various branding and marketing projects, including graphics, web design, and logo design. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with teams to develop creative concepts, creating unique designs to align with branding guidelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for digital and print mediums. Conceptualize and execute marketing creatives, design brand collaterals, and short animations. Work with content and AM teams to ensure quality design output. Figma , Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects / Jitter (bonus), Canva; UI/UX knowledge is a plus. Creative ideation, visual hierarchy, brand consistency, technical proficiency. Performance Metrics / KPIs Quality of creative output, innovation, adherence to briefs, speed and accuracy. Strong design intent, collaborative, experimental, takes initiative. Portfolio depth, design logic, conceptual ability, response to feedback.
