We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development who thrives in an agile environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. You will work on end-to-end software solutions that drive meaningful impact across various sectors, with a focus on security, performance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Angular for front-end development.
• Build and optimize backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express and Golang ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and UX Designer to refine requirements and design UI components to develop interactive and engaging applications.
• Architect and implement containerized solutions and automate CI/CD workflows through GitHub Actions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Develop reusable components and libraries, contributing to a scalable and maintainable codebase.
• Implement secure coding practices, especially when working with sensitive data, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and champion best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML, CSS, Sass, and JavaScript frameworks like Angular.
• Strong experience in backend development with Node.js, Express.
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and working with databases like MySQL or similar.
• Experience with containers using Docker and deployment automation with GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end services.
• Proficiency in version control using Git and GitHub workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for software deployment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Helm Charts for Kubernetes application management.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and real-time visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Previous experience working in public safety, law enforcement, or other high-security environments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, focusing on delivering user-centric solutions.
