Designation Product Manager (Healthcare)Required Work exp 3-5 yearsRoles and Responsibilities- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization based on business goals and market needs.- Create and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRD) with detailed workflows, wireframes, and user journeys.- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement UI/UX screens, ensuring seamless user experience.- Develop and maintain workflow diagrams for patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions.- Ensure integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining compliance- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and iterate based on feedback.- Monitor key metrics like user engagement, retention, and health outcomes to refine product strategy.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, operations) to drive product adoption and improvements.Requirements Certification like CSPO/CCBA/PBA would be advantageous.- A minimum of Three years' experience in healthcare industry.- Understanding Clinical Workflows and operations.- Acquainted with Medical terminologies and processes.- Strong requirement elicitation skills.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Acumen for Screen design, mock screens, wireframes.- Strong attention to details and technicalities.- Excellent organizational and technical skills.- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.Expected Educational Qualification A Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS/BPT), Pharma (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Business Administration, MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management or equivalentJob location Thane, MaharashtraInputs for HiringWe are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Product Manager.
