**Job Title**: Jr. Executive/ Trainee Executive

**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

**Location**: Bhiwandi

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning**: Develop and implement production schedules, considering factors such as resource availability, customer demand, and inventory levels. Create detailed production plans to meet production goals.

**Resource Management**: Allocate and manage resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and facilities, to optimize production efficiency.

**Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality standards by implementing and enforcing quality control and quality assurance measures. Address any issues that affect product quality.

**Cost Control**: Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that operations remain within budget. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

**Supervision**: Oversee production staff, including supervisors, operators, and other production personnel. Provide leadership, training, and performance management to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods are maintained at optimal levels to meet production demands.

**Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other industry standards. Implement safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.

**Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

**Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control, to coordinate activities and resolve issues that impact production.

**Reporting**: Prepare regular production reports, outlining key performance indicators, production progress, and any issues that require attention. Present these reports to higher management.

**Qualifications**:
BE/ B.Tech /M. Tech degree in a relevant field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, operations management).

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility. Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies.

Leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in using production planning software and tools. Knowledge of quality control principles. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Production managers typically work in manufacturing facilities or production plants. They may need to work irregular hours, especially when dealing with production issues or tight deadlines.

A production manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a production facility, and their ability to manage resources, maintain quality, and optimize processes can significantly impact a company's success in delivering products to customers.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
