Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead technology strategy, solution design, and end-to-end architecture for large-scale enterprise engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong integration knowledge, and hands-on capability to guide technical teams through complex solution implementations. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, FSC, CPQ, B2 B Commerce, FSL, etc.) Collaborate with client stakeholders, business architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions Lead and oversee complex data migration activities from other platforms, ensuring data quality, accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and a seamless transition into Salesforce Design and govern the end-to-end data migration architecture, including metadata mapping, ETL/ELT workflows, handling high-volume datasets, phased migration waves, and robust validation frameworks Lead cutover and transition planning, ensuring downtime minimization, smooth parallel runs, robust validation checkpoints, and effective rollback strategies Define integration patterns, data models, data flows, and API strategies across enterprise systems Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with the broader IT landscape and organizational standards Oversee the technical design of custom solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation Create high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical roadmaps Govern code quality, Dev Ops processes, and CI/CD pipelines to align with enterprise standards Provide technical leadership to developers, configuration engineers, and offshore teams Ensure Salesforce best practices, platform limits, security standards, and compliance are met throughout the project lifecycle Perform solution assessments, technical reviews, and performance tuning for existing implementations Support RFPs, solution proposals, estimations, and pre-sales discussions with enterprise clients Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends; guide clients on adoption strategies Requirements: 12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration and platform architecture Proven track record of architecting solutions for large enterprise clients with complex systems Strong capability in designing scalable data models, sharing/security models, and multi-cloud architecture Experience with integration middleware (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.) is a plus Proficiency in Dev Ops/CI-CD, version control (Git), and environment management Hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present architectural concepts to business and technical audiences Experience working in Agile enterprise delivery environments Willingness to work on US shift timings
