Headquartered in Jaipur, India's jewelry hub, Derewala has expanded its global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.Roles and responsibilities-Strategy Development:Develop and implement the overall Merchandising strategy for the international market, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify and prioritize key customer segments for targeted engagement and retention initiatives.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the merchandise team, providing guidance and support in executing merchandising initiatives.Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and across the organization.Customer Segmentation and Analysis:Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized customer experiences.Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and communication.Customer Feedback and Insights:Implement systems to gather customer feedback and insights, utilizing this information to enhance products and services.Performance Metrics and Reporting:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.Generate regular reports and insights to track the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with Production, Product Development, and other relevant departments to align merchandise strategies with overall business objectives.Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to deliver a unified customer experience.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience of 7-8 years in Merchandising, in the jewelry industry. Strong data analysis skills, with experience in customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and influence cross-functional partners.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong understanding of the international market.
