Roles and responsibilities-
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement the overall Merchandising strategy for the international market, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
Identify and prioritize key customer segments for targeted engagement and retention initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the merchandise team, providing guidance and support in executing merchandising initiatives.
Foster a customer-centric culture within the team and across the organization.
Customer Segmentation and Analysis:
Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized customer experiences.
Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and communication.
Customer Feedback and Insights:
Implement systems to gather customer feedback and insights, utilizing this information to enhance products and services.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
Generate regular reports and insights to track the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Production, Product Development, and other relevant departments to align merchandise strategies with overall business objectives.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments to deliver a unified customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience of 7-8 years in Merchandising, in the jewelry industry. Strong data analysis skills, with experience in customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies.- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and influence cross-functional partners.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a strong understanding of the international market.
