As the Donor Relations & Partnerships Associate, you will support our Head of Sales in expanding and nurturing Leap 300’s donor base. You will play a hands-on role in engaging existing HNIs, driving renewals, identifying new prospects, and ensuring every donor has a meaningful experience through timely communication and impact reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships, is detail-oriented, and thrives at the intersection of sales and operational management. Independently source and penetrate new high-value networks and partnerships (e.g., YPO, EO, industry associations), with full ownership of lead generation and pipeline building. Prospecting & Outreach: Build curated lists of prospective HNIs and conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to secure new donations. Donor Experience Management: Coordinate personalized communication, impact reports, and feedback collection to enhance donor satisfaction and retention. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the Head of Sales to maintain CRM records, analyze donor trends, and prepare concise updates for leadership. 1–2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, partnerships, or client relationship management. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Comfort with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and presentation decks. ~ Passion for social impact and willingness to learn donor relationship building in a mission-driven context.
