As a Net Suite Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting Net Suite ERP solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, configuring Net Suite to meet those requirements, and providing guidance to junior consultants. This role requires a deep understanding of Net Suite functionality, business processes, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and processes.
Lead requirements gathering workshops and document detailed business requirements.
Design and configure Net Suite to support client business processes and requirements.
Provide expertise in key Net Suite modules including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, CRM, O2 C and P2 P etc.
Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
Provide end-user training and support during and after implementations.
Lead Net Suite Implementation or Support Projects.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, data migrations, and integrations.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Net Suite best practices and industry trends.
Mentor and guide junior consultants in their project work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP implementation and support.
Strong understanding of core Net Suite modules and functionalities.
Experience in configuring Net Suite workflows, saved searches, and reports.
Net Suite certification(s) preferred.
Undertaken multiple Net Suite Implementation projects
Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively.
Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
Experience with Suite Flow (workflow) and Suite Builder (customization) tools.
Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo Integrator.io) is a plus.
Strong business acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
