Pune, India VNMT Solutions - NetSuite & Celigo Partner Full time

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, configuring NetSuite to meet those requirements, and providing guidance to junior consultants. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality, business processes, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and processes.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and document detailed business requirements.
  • Design and configure NetSuite to support client business processes and requirements.
  • Provide expertise in key NetSuite modules including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, CRM, O2C and P2P etc.
  • Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide end-user training and support during and after implementations.
  • Lead NetSuite Implementation or Support Projects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for NetSuite best practices and industry trends.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants in their project work.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules and functionalities.
  • Experience in configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and reports.
  • NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
  • Undertaken multiple NetSuite Implementation projects 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively.
  • Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with SuiteFlow (workflow) and SuiteBuilder (customization) tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo Integrator.io) is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
