Here's your opportunity️ About the RoleAs an Associate with the Technology & Agreements (TA) team at Talwar Advocates, you’ll play a key role in handling IP and commercial law matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (including NDAs, licensing, and technology contracts), supporting IP prosecution, and contributing to client engagement and business expansion initiatives.Your Responsibilities- Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and IP-related agreements- Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution processes- Conduct legal research on commercial and IP law issues- Interact with clients and contribute to legal advisory services- Assist in expanding the firm’s client base through legal outreach and relationship managementWho You’ll Work WithJoin a dynamic and collaborative legal team led by industry experts:- Jitin Talwar – Jitin is a visionary legal entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background in law, engineering, and business strategy.
