We are looking for an experienced Corporate Communications leader to head the function for a leading global organization’s India operations. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy, aligned with global objectives, to strengthen brand presence and positioning in India.
Develop and drive external communication strategy in line with global communications agenda
Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale
Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms
Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution
Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes

15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding
~ Strong media relations with local and regional networks
~ Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills
~ Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives
~ Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations
~ Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
