The projects include Corporate offices, Hotels, Malls, Hospitals etc spread over few thousand to Mn sqfts. Location: Ahmedabad Job Profile: · Responsible for complete project execution and delivery of 5 Star Hotel interior works within the approved timeline and budget. · Manage planning, coordination, and supervision of all interior, civil, and MEP activities. · Ensure quality and finishing standards as per hospitality project requirements. · Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project. · Lead site execution teams, monitor work schedules, and ensure timely material availability. · Review drawings, resolve technical and execution-related issues, and maintain proper documentation. · Oversee cost control, billing verification, and project reporting to management. · Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality norms. · Manage coordination between interior, civil, and MEP contractors for smooth workflow and on-time completion. Qualification: · B. E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: · Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hotel interior projects. · Strong background in high-end finishing, detailing, and coordination of luxury hospitality projects. Skills Required: · Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. · In-depth knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and execution techniques. · Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Auto CAD. · Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion with quality.
