About the role:The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or send their resume to : Responsibilities:Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
