Job Description – AI Full Stack Developer (2–5 years)Position: AI Full Stack DeveloperExperience: 2–5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeLocation: Bangalore, Chennai, HyderabadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated AI Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of experience in building scalable AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python , experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) , Agentic AI frameworks , and hands-on skills in both frontend and backend development.This role involves developing intelligent applications, integrating AI models with modern web technologies, and contributing to building end-to-end AI-driven products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications leveraging Gen AI and Agentic AI frameworks.Implement and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) using frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index, Haystack, DSPy, etc.Build AI agents and workflows with autonomous/agentic orchestration capabilities.Develop backend services and APIs in Python (Fast API, Flask, or Django) for AI model integration.Design intuitive and responsive frontend applications using React.js/Next.js.Work with databases (SQL & No SQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval.Integrate external APIs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), and knowledge graphs.Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered features.Optimize AI workloads for scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Stay updated with the latest trends in Gen AI, Agentic AI, and MLOps practices.Required SkillsProgramming: Strong proficiency in Python (AI/ML + backend development).AI/ML: Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion models, Transformers).Agentic AI: Hands-on with frameworks like Lang Chain, Auto Gen, Crew AI, or Semantic Kernel.Frontend Development: Proficiency in React.js/Next.js, HTML, CSS, Java Script/Type Script.Backend Development: Experience with Fast API, Flask, or Django.Databases: My SQL/Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, Arango DB and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).MLOps/Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).Version Control: Git, Git Hub/Git Lab.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.Exposure to multi-agent AI systems.Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j , Arango DB).Experience in building AI chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agents.Understanding of security and compliance in AI applications.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
