Job Description – AI Full Stack Developer (2–5 years) Position: AI Full Stack Developer Experience: 2–5 years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated AI Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of experience in building scalable AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, experience in Generative AI (GenAI), Agentic AI frameworks, and hands-on skills in both frontend and backend development. This role involves developing intelligent applications, integrating AI models with modern web technologies, and contributing to building end-to-end AI-driven products. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks. - Implement and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, DSPy, etc. - Build AI agents and workflows with autonomous/agentic orchestration capabilities. - Develop backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) for AI model integration. - Design intuitive and responsive frontend applications using React.js/Next.js. - Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Integrate external APIs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), and knowledge graphs. - Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered features. - Optimize AI workloads for scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, Agentic AI, and MLOps practices. Required Skills - Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (AI/ML + backend development). - AI/ML: Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion models, Transformers). - Agentic AI: Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel. - Frontend Development: Proficiency in React.js/Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript. - Backend Development: Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ArangoDB and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus). - MLOps/Deployment: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) - Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines. - Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning. - Exposure to multi-agent AI systems. - Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j , ArangoDB). - Experience in building AI chatbots, copilots, or autonomous agents. - Understanding of security and compliance in AI applications. Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
