About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented MBA intern to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in both B2 B and B2 C sales, contributing directly to the growth and success of Ten Consulting. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels (e.g., online databases, networking events, social media).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
Qualify leads based on their potential value and fit with Ten Consulting's services.
Sales Prospecting & Pipeline Management:
Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively tracking and managing leads throughout the sales cycle.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Track and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for the Sales Manager.
Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies.
B2 B Sales Focus:
Develop and execute sales strategies for targeting specific industries and business segments.
Build relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2 B clients.
B2 C Sales Focus:
Develop and implement sales strategies for reaching and engaging individual consumers.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations at retail locations or through online platforms.
Manage customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to B2 C clients.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an MBA degree from an accredited institution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Prior sales experience (internship or part-time) is preferred.
