The Role: We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Git Ops. You will work alongside our SRE team to develop and manage our infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability. You’ll play a key role in improving site reliability practices, such as defining SLAs, setting up monitoring, and managing incident responses. What You’ll Do: Work collaboratively with software engineering teams to define infrastructure and deployment requirements. Lead the implementation of Kubernetes and AWS security best practices, including Stateful Sets, affinities, pod security policies, and service mesh technologies. Drive incident management processes, including leading incident responses, postmortems, and on-call rotations for critical issue resolution Your Background:7+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining SAAS environments.5+ years of recent, hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining AWS/Azure infrastructure using Terraform (including dynamic blocks, output management, modules with versioning, and state management). Proficiency in Kubernetes, including experience with advanced features (Stateful Sets, service mesh, pod security, and debugging). Experience with incident management, including on-call rotations, postmortems, and proactive alert management. Solar Winds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
