Basketball Coach – Scotle High School, JaipurLocation: Jaipur, RajasthanJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 5 + years preferredAbout the RoleScotle High School is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Basketball Coach who can train students across different age groups, develop team discipline, and build a strong sports culture. The coach will play a key role in preparing our teams for inter-school, district, and state-level tournaments.Key Responsibilities- Train students in basketball fundamentals, techniques, and match strategies.- Plan structured practice sessions for different age groups (Under-14, Under-17, and senior teams).- Identify talent and build competitive school teams.- Organise fitness drills and conditioning sessions to improve stamina and agility.- Mentor students on sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.- Ensure safety protocols during training and matches.- Maintain attendance, performance records, and training reports.- Coordinate with the Sports Department for tournaments, fixtures, and equipment needs.- Prepare players for inter-school championships and other competitive events.Requirements- Proven experience as a basketball coach (school/academy/club).- Strong understanding of game rules, techniques, and competitive play.- Ability to mentor students with patience, motivation, and sports ethics.- Physical fitness and ability to demonstrate drills.- Certification in sports coaching (preferred but not mandatory).- Good communication and team management skills.What We Offer- A supportive environment with excellent sports facilities.- Opportunities for professional growth and training.- A chance to build strong school teams and shape young athletes.
