PROVEN EXPERIENCE:
Posting intercompany Invoice from other offices, saving the backup etc.,
Posting Cost with respect to correct client / contractor etc., and to make sure we are invoicing to correct client without any errors, reviewing the Job code, Purchase order number when we raise the invoice,
Validate the entry to make sure it is in line with backup provided and also make sure it is 100% Billable to client.
To do the credit rebill the invoice when there is any rejection of invoice
To Coordinate with operation / Invoicing team/ assignment support team /finance team to get relevant information if required during the time of billing
Posting the Travel cost and invoice to client
To send weekly report and preparing the ad hoc reports
Shift Timing : 4pm to 12am
Requirement:
Qualification : B com / M Com
Work Experience : At least 4–5-year experience in the similar role.
Other Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
The ability to work well within a team
Good accounting skills and ERP experience
Work Location:
