These facilities are designed to promote balanced regional development and stimulate local economies.What you'll do:·Support the Manager (O&M) in overseeing the operations and maintenance ofMechanical (Lifts & HVAC), Electrical , andIBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems)functions.·Act as atechnical point of contact , managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless facility performance for tenants and stakeholders.·Contribute tostrategic decision-makingprocesses, driving operational efficiency and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.·Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain safety, compliance, and reliability of all systems.·Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by theManaging Director / Management , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Experience:Engineering professional (Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical / EEE / E&C) with 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions. Skilled in managing lifts, HVAC systems, electrical installations, and building automation to ensure seamless facility performance.
