Must Have:JLPT certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in JapaneseMust have 5 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projectsKnowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) in insurance (Life & P&C) or financial services domains.Experience writing and executing detailed test cases/scripts and clear test documentation.Understanding of Agile/sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration.Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams.Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.Ready to work in JST morning hours as required to extend the support for Application transition and stabilization phases of Application Testing projects running under STLC modelGood to have:Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman, etc.).Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket).Basic SQL/database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.Job location:Chennai, Pune
