Job Description Job Title- VP Role-Technical Delivery Reporting to-Business Head Location-Goregaon, Mumbai Mode-WFO Experience-15- 25 years Mandatory-Tr ack record of delivering high-impact lending and banking commercial products Tech Stacks-Java/Microservices/Cloud Native Applications, Java, J2 EE, Spring Technical Delivery Director Purpose of role You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects – working with highly skilled multidisciplinary/cross functional teams both on-shore and off-shore – and ensuring our client’s expectations are managed and met Key Accountabilities · Manage the delivery of Digital engagements, delivering on time, on budget and to a high standard · Define and manage to a clearly documented process with lifecycle objective milestones, lifecycle architecture milestones, dependencies, risk analysis and risk mitigation plan · Manage transition of projects into live service and resolution of dependencies and issues · Lead on-shore agile teams, consisting of project managers, business analysts, front-end Java Script and HTML5 developers, mobility developers, back-end java engineers, and solution architects · Manage all stakeholders' expectations · Coordinate third parties such as creative agencies and back-end API providers · Ensure the project delivery within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements · Ensure scope management, change management. Assess/evaluate client requirements against scope of project, manage project plan and schedule Skills / Knowledge competencies - Must have · Overall 15+ years of IT experience and minimum 5+ years of experience in managing a software delivery team. Highly experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and ensure market competitiveness. Strong leadership, strategic vision, and proven success in product management required. Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high-impact lending and banking commercial products are essential. · Sound understanding of the digital landscape and a solid understanding of web, mobile infrastructure · Experience of working in complex software and application development environments (e.g. design, transition, operation) · Proven experience using agile project management methods · Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity, working with multidisciplinary teams · Excellent communication and client management skills. · Must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. · Open for travel on demand as deemed necessary for the project delivery · High level understanding of Java enterprise application architectures · Hands on in problem identification and issue resolution Skills / Knowledge competencies - Should have · Should have familiarity with Agile Development, i.e. Scrum, Continuous Integration and Dev Ops concepts (automated deployments, monitoring/alerting etc.) Early career experience as a developer/architect on J2 EE projects dealing with large scale distributed systems, will be an added advantage About Us: Intellect Design Arena Ltd is an enterprise-grade financial technology leader, providing composable and intelligent solutions for futuristic global financial institutions across 57 countries.
