At MME, we specialize in the distribution and sales of high-quality construction materials including FRP chambers, binding wires, and HDPE pipes. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding services and products to our customers and are looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market share. Your primary responsibilities will involve direct sales, marketing activities, and customer relationship management across the regions we serve.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Promote and demonstrate our products including FRP chambers, binding wires, and HDPE pipes to potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new client bases.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing detailed reports and feedback to management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to network and develop industry contacts.
Manage product branding and customer communication through various marketing channels.
Ensure the availability of a vehicle for regular travel to client sites and meetings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction or related industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the construction materials sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel frequently.
Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
