The CSM will act as a trusted advisor, helping our customers maximize the value of their AWS investments. This role requires a mix of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to drive adoption, optimize costs, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned AWS customers, building strong strategic relationships.● Drive adoption of AWS services, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives.● Analyze usage patterns and recommend cost optimization strategies, including Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and right-sizing of resources.● Coordinate with AWS Solutions Architects, Support, and Professional Services teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.● Conduct regular business reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.● Guide customers through cloud migration, modernization, and best practice implementation.● Proactively identify risks, potential issues, and opportunities to enhance customer experience and cloud ROI.Must-Have Skills● Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFront, etc.)● Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills● Ability to translate technical concepts into business value● Experience with cost optimization and ROI analysis in cloud environments● Project/
