Ltd. is an emerging player in General & Life Insurance Broking specializing in delivering customized insurance solutions to ensure clients receive adequate protection against unforeseen risks.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing professional who can drive client acquisition, build relationships, and promote our broking services. The role demands creativity, networking, and a strong understanding of insurance products to communicate value to clients effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new corporate & retail clients for insurance broking services.Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients for renewals .Develop marketing campaigns and strategies (online & offline).Achieve sales & revenue targets in line with company goals.Conduct presentations, seminars, and client awareness sessions on insurance solutions.Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, insurance products and any other related work.RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or Insurance.2 or more years of experience in insurance sales/marketing (broking, agency, bancassurance preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Self-motivated and target-driven.Knowledge of insurance products (Life/General/Health) is a plus.
