Prepare CAPA reports and submit to the customer.- Creating technical awareness among the customers for product in various campaign- Customer relationship management- Review of product related field issues- Exploring new business opportunities with the existing customers- Introduction of new products and technologies- Technical Assistance to After Market Team- Value engineering- Conducting IQAs on customer vehicles/equipment for all new products.- Support to brand manager for customer specific technical promotional activities- Settling commercial activities like pending payments or transactional issues and recovery and reconciliationKNOWLEDGE- Application Engineering, Basic Engine, Filtration Basics- Diesel engine and its application on equipments- Product range and Technical knowledge of our products.- Manufacturing and engineering related knowledge.FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS- Good understanding of customer requirement and means to fulfill the requirements.- Cool and calm attitude to main a diplomatic relationship with customer even under tremendous pressure.- Presentation, communication and costing skills- Diplomatic and negotiating skill.
