Project Coordinator - GMB & SEO ( Founder's Office )Company: SuperKreativesLocation: India (Remote)Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per monthTimings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Canadian Hours)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleSuperKreatives is looking for a dedicated GMB & SEO Project Coordinator to work directly with the Founder and manage daily workflows across multiple client projects.This role is ideal for someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, GMB optimization, or project coordination — particularly with US/Canada-based clients .You will coordinate tasks, handle client communication, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution of all GMB & SEO deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for GMB & SEO clientsConduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updatesMaintain professionalism and ensure clear, timely communicationDocument requirements and align internal teams accordinglyProject Coordination & Workflow ManagementManage daily GMB & SEO workflows and internal tasksAssign tasks to team members and ensure deadlines are metFollow up actively to maintain smooth executionTrack deliverables through project trackers, sheets, and documentationMaintain SOPs, client notes, and performance reportsGMB & SEO Support Tasks(You only need basic working knowledge — not deep expertise)Coordinate updates on Google Business ProfilesAssist with keyword research, on-page tasks, and content inputsManage GMB posting schedules and review responsesReview deliverables for accuracy before sharing with clientsEnsure the work follows Google’s guidelines and best practicesFounder’s Office ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Founder on operational and strategic prioritiesProvide daily updates, insights, and task reportsMaintain confidentiality and handle information responsiblyTake ownership and provide solutions wherever requiredRequirements6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing / SEO / GMB / project coordinationMandatory: Experience dealing with US or Canada-based clientsStrong communication and follow-up skillsBasic working understanding of Google My Business and SEO fundamentalsHighly organized, disciplined, and proactiveAbility to multitask and manage multiple projectsComfortable working 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM ISTWhat We’re Looking ForA quick learner who wants to grow in digital marketingSomeone who takes ownership and responsibilityStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesSomeone reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-drivenA person who can support the Founder and run workflows efficientlyWhat You’ll GainDirect mentorship from the FounderHands-on experience in project execution for international clientsRapid learning and growth opportunities100% remote flexibilitySalary up to ₹25,000/monthHow to ApplySend your resume to:
