At Celsior Technologies, we are passionate about digital transformation and elevating the client experience. We are actively seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of the US insurance domain to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for translating complex technical offerings into clear, compelling, and valuable content for a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong background in writing for insurance software products and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a wide range of high-quality content, including:
Content Development: Domain Expertise: Translating intricate insurance processes and software functionalities into concise and easily digestible material for various audiences.
Digital Presence: Writing and editing social media posts, blog articles, and LinkedIn thought leadership pieces that enhance our brand's authority and promote our domain expertise.
Content Management: Maintaining and organizing content repositories using tools like Confluence , SharePoint , or similar platforms, ensuring consistency and version control.
Brand Alignment: Guaranteeing all content aligns with Celsior's brand tone, voice, and messaging standards.
Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a technical or content writer, with specific experience in the P&C Insurance , L&A , and/or Banking domain.
A solid understanding of insurance workflows, terminology, and regulatory frameworks in the US.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple writing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Digital Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and digital content strategy.
Experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education Graduate or equivalent
Experience 5 to 8 Years
