We are actively seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of the US insurance domain to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for translating complex technical offerings into clear, compelling, and valuable content for a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong background in writing for insurance software products and services. Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a wide range of high-quality content, including: Content Development: Creating impactful solution briefs, capability documents, case studies, and detailed knowledge base articles. Client Engagement: Drafting business presentations and pitch decks that articulate our solution offerings and value propositions to clients and prospects. Strategic Messaging: Crafting Go-To-Market (GTM) narratives that clearly define our position and expertise in the market. Collaborative Communication: Working closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to capture and articulate complex technical and business information. Domain Expertise: Translating intricate insurance processes and software functionalities into concise and easily digestible material for various audiences. Digital Presence: Writing and editing social media posts, blog articles, and thought leadership pieces that enhance our brand's authority and promote our domain expertise. Content Management: Maintaining and organizing content repositories using tools like Confluence , SharePoint , or similar platforms, ensuring consistency and version control. Brand Alignment: Guaranteeing all content aligns with Celsior's brand tone, voice, and messaging standards. Technical Skill Requirements Domain Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a technical or content writer, with specific experience in the P&C Insurance , L&A , and/or Banking domain. Messaging: The ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value messaging. Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of insurance workflows, terminology, and regulatory frameworks in the US. Authoring Tools: Proficiency in modern authoring tools such as MS Word , Adobe FrameMaker , MadCap Flare , or similar. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple writing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Digital Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and digital content strategy. Audience Awareness: Experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
