ARR by 2026.Join our dynamic team and be a part of this exciting growth journey.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Store Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG store operations and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the store.Manage stock levels , monitor inventory movement, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage.Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams for smooth inward and outward movement of goods.Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and balance stock using ERP/software.Generate and present daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock status, consumption trends, and variance.Key SkillsStrong knowledge of inventory management and store operations (preferably in FMCG).Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software .Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualifications and ExperienceGraduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration (preferred).1–2 years of experience in store management or warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG sector .What's in it for youOpportunity to be part of a fast-growing D2C startup with ambitious growth plans.A collaborative and high-performance culture led by professionals from Bain & Co. and KPMG.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling organization.
