The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in communication design, branding experience, and a quick, efficient approach to Power Point presentations.
This role requires not only the ability to generate unique ideas but also the capability to execute them with precision and flair.
Key Responsibilities: Creative Design : Develop and execute visually compelling designs across various media including digital, print, and presentation materials.
Your designs should be innovative, engaging, and aligned with our brand identity.
Branding Expertise : Create and maintain cohesive branding materials.
Ensure all design elements are consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand message.
Pitch - Deck Design : Create dynamic, high-quality pitch decks.
Must be able to transform complex information into visually appealing slides quickly.
Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that meet their objectives.
Feedback and Revisions : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as needed.
Maintain flexibility and adaptability throughout the design process.
Trends and Tools : Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and techniques.
Continuously seek ways to improve your design skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Creative Designer, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, communication designs and presentation design work.
Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Canva and google slides.
Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
