About Business Unit: ETB2B

ETB2B was started 6 years back as an intrapreneurial venture where the idea was to go deeper within the different industries ETB2B runs specialized B2B media portals & communities covering news, opinion, analysis etc. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Conference Producer to join our team at ETHRWorld . You will play a key role in shaping event content, developing innovative marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with industry leaders. Produce and manage high-impact conferences for International and Domestic Markets from concept to execution.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sponsorship, and delegate sales teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver customized events such as roundtables, webinars, and exclusive networking sessions.

Strong collaboration and project management capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
~3+ years of professional experience in conference production, events, or related roles.
~ Minimum 2 years of community outreach experience, with proven ability to engage and manage industry networks.
