Overall 10+ years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a system administrator, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
Strong understanding of containerization concepts and technologies (Docker, OCI).
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:
OpenShift certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
Knowledge of container security best practices and tools (PodSecurityPolicy, Container Security Scanning).
Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices.
