This role requires 24x7 support. Candidate should be flexible to work in shift.Overall 10+ years of experience.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience as a system administrator, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.Strong understanding of containerization concepts and technologies (Docker, OCI).Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have:OpenShift certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).Knowledge of container security best practices and tools (PodSecurityPolicy, Container Security Scanning).Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices.
