Creative Designer

2–4 years of experience in visual design, ideally at a digital or creative agency .
~ Strong skills in Canva (especially for video and animated content).
~ Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
~ Experience in creating social media creatives, reels/stories , and presentation decks.
~ Ability to edit and animate short videos using Canva, or similar tools.
~ Understanding of brand tone, layout, typography, and visual consistency.
~ Ability to understand brands and businesses to ideate effectively and provide inputs to craft designs that enhance the connection between the brand and its visual communication.
~ Strong collaboration skills , working with copywriters and cross-functional teams to develop impactful creative ideas.
~ A proactive attitude, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a passion for design trends and innovation.
A portfolio showcasing social-first visual design and short-form video content.
A good understanding of AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo) and the ability to use them to create visuals, videos, and innovative designs.
A curiosity for exploring emerging technologies and design trends to push creative boundaries.
