Responsibilities and Duties
● Utilize strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, 3 D Math, and data structures to develop robust game architectures.
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient code for mobile and web-based multiplayer games.
● Implement and optimize multiplayer game mechanics using Web Sockets and other real-time communication technologies.
● Integrate and manage Firebase for real-time databases, analytics, and backend services to support game functionality.
● Optimize memory usage and application performance for target platforms, ensuring smooth gameplay.
● Implement industry-standard design patterns to ensure codebase scalability and maintainability.
● Build engaging and performance-optimized game features, focusing on multiplayer gameplay experiences.
● Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in development.
● Collaborate with technical artists and designers to efficiently utilize 2 D/3 D assets and technologies.
● Work with version control systems such as Git Hub to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with the team.
● Ensure high-quality deliverables and meet project deadlines with a focus on efficiency and performance.
Required Experience and Qualifications
● Mobile Game Development: Proven expertise in developing mobile games with a deep understanding of platform-specific challenges.
● Multiplayer Games: Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining multiplayer games with real-time communication features.
● Web Sockets: Proficiency in building real-time communication systems using Web Sockets or similar technologies.
● Game Data Management: Experience in implementing structured game data storage formats like JSON or XML.
● Game Launch Experience: Successfully launched at least one game title on i OS, Android, and Web platforms.
● Unity Asset Bundles: Familiarity with using Unity Asset Bundles for efficient asset loading and management.
● Design Patterns: Proficiency in implementing design patterns for creating scalable and maintainable code architectures.
Nice-to-Have Skills
● Experience with integrating in-app purchases and ad networks.
● Knowledge of AR/VR development and optimization techniques.
● Experience working with cross-platform tools and frameworks.
