Formal Education & Certification Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach
Working Experience in the area of Recruitment in UK Geography– job posting, candidate screening of 1 – 7 years for large corporations.
Knowledge & Experience
Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof
Good knowledge of leading recruitment Tools like Taleo, Brass rings.
Job posting experience in Monster, Jobs ahead, Indeed.
Ability to refine processing procedures based on "big picture" understanding
Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used for Recruitment.
Basic understanding of MIS
Good understanding of Service level agreements.
Ability to understand :-
the client administrative environment
the various Systems being used to process a participant issue
Workflow Management
Ability to take judgmental call from workflow responses.
Core Role Responsibilities
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks

· Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
