- Main Responsibilities:
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
- Attract applicants through job postings, recruiter outreach, newsgroups, and job sites.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Accomplish human resources and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge required (MS Office Applications).
- Proven ability to adapt to new tools using a logical approach.
- Working experience in recruitment for large corporations in the UK Geography region.
