TalentGum has an average Google rating of 4.8/5 and is trusted by 37000+ happy learners across 51+ countries.Responsibilities:● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online● Ensure that students enjoy the course● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.● Conduct group and private lessons as required.● Provide a fun and creative environment.Qualifications / Experience required:● Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.● Strong subject knowledge● Relevant working experience (3+ years)● Discover your treasures hidden withinRequirements:● Good English & Hindi Communication Skills● Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)● Must have a proper functioning Laptop/Desktop● Must have access to strong internet services● Experience in online teaching● Should be available for classes on Sunday.● Engages students in learning● Passion for making learning funBachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (6 PM - 9 PM)- 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo- 26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo- 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo- 81& above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoSalary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)- 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165/- per session + Rs.80/- per demo- 26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo- 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo- 81& above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoSalary structure for Morning slots ( 3 AM - 7 AM)- 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo- 26-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo- 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo- 81& above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo
