At Shipsy, our technology platform helps retailers, logistics, and manufacturing companies gain end-to-end visibility of their shipments, reduce logistics costs, and enhance customer experience.
Our customers span across the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia and include enterprises like Reliance (whose entire retail operations, exports, and imports run on Shipsy), Domino's, Gulf Marketing Group, UPS Gulf, DTDC Express, Zepto, Burger King, and Landmark Group - Homecentre, among many others. We process over 3 million shipments a day, and about 10% of India's container trade is tracked on our platform.
We are backed by global investors such as Peak XV Partner, Infoedge, and A91 Partners, and have raised ~$35 million to date. Our team has grown to over 280 members, with offices in Gurgaon (HO), Mumbai, Bangalore, and Dubai.
Our team comprises talented individuals from top institutes across the country like IITs, IIITs, and NITs, with experience in Big Data, Software Architecture, ML, AI, Robotics, and Blockchain. Collectively, we have previously worked at Samsung Korea, MIT Media Labs, CMU Robotics, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Samsung Research, GE Research, Qualcomm Research, and have also been entrepreneurs. We hold numerous research publications and patents. The core team includes computer scientists and electrical engineers from IIT Delhi and Madras, and this tech focus will greatly enhance your learning.

As a Growth Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions. You will be responsible for driving customer success through understanding their goals, providing tailored strategies, and identifying growth opportunities. Your role will focus on building long-term relationships and helping clients expand their usage and ROI through expert consulting and support.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with our product solutions to drive their success. Travel to client locations will be a key element toward building this.
Growth Strategy & Consulting:
Work closely with clients to analyze their current usage and recommend strategies to expand value and drive adoption across their organization. Help clients discover new use cases to maximize their ROI.
Customer Success Management:
Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly review account performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the client’s goals are met.
Upselling & Cross-Selling Opportunities:
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities by presenting relevant features and offerings that align with customer goals. Collaborate with sales teams to support contract renewals and expansion opportunities.
Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggest improvements or changes based on the analysis.
Customer Training & Enablement:
Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.
Issue Resolution & Support:
Work closely with support teams to ensure timely resolution of any technical or business issues that arise. Maintain ownership of escalated issues until they are resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
Customer Feedback Loop:
Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.
Role Requirements:
Good first principle thinker.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, Saa S, or tech-driven company.
Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships in the logistics/supply chain industry is a must.
Experience in managing multiple client accounts and working in a collaborative environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
