Customer Support Executive (Email, WhatsApp & Voice)Location: Thrissur, KeralaCompany: Linen Trail – India’s Quiet Luxury Linen LabelAbout the Role:We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver exceptional service across Email, WhatsApp, and Voice . You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them with orders, queries, and recommendations while maintaining the premium experience that defines Linen Trail.Responsibilities:Manage daily customer communication across Email, WhatsApp, and voice calls.Resolve order-related queries, exchange/refund requests, and shipping updates.Drive conversions by helping customers make confident purchase decisions.Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences.Maintain CRM hygiene and daily logs of interactions.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred).Strong customer empathy and problem-solving attitude.Prior experience in e-commerce or D2C brand support preferred.Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Zoho or similar CRMs is a plus.Compensation:CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annumIncentives: Performance-based variable pay linked to conversion and satisfaction metricsWhy Join Us:At Linen Trail, you’ll be part of a growing digital-first fashion brand redefining quiet luxury in India.
