Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – IT to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing critical systems such as storage management, cloud services, security, networking, and software administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing a wide range of IT systems, including cloud platforms, website development, and e-commerce tools. The role also requires proficiency in Microsoft 365, network management, and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Intune & Microsoft 365 Administration :
Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and ensure seamless operation of Microsoft 365 services, including user management and configuration of Office 365 apps such as OneDrive and Teams.
Azure VM Server & Blob Storage Management :
Manage Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and Blob Storage , ensuring the stability, security, and performance of cloud services and resources..
Office 365 Administration :
Oversee Office 365 user and license management, configure OneDrive for cloud storage, and manage Teams for collaboration and communication across the organization.
Tally-ERP Server & Backup Management :
Manage the Tally-ERP main server and backup servers , including the installation and configuration of operating systems and application programs to ensure smooth operation and reliable backups.
Network Connectivity Management :
Oversee the connectivity between plants and corporate offices, including the design, installation, and management of network cabling, LAN, Wi-Fi, and data sharing infrastructure.
Networking Device Configuration & Troubleshooting :
Configure and troubleshoot networking devices including modems , routers (NetGear, D-Link, Digi-sol), switches , hubs , LAN , Wi-Fi , and network printers to ensure continuous network performance.
Email System & Backup Support :
Provide support for internet connectivity , Outlook Express , Microsoft Outlook , and related services, ensuring proper email configuration, mail backup, and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience :
3-5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and website management.
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune , Microsoft 365 , Azure VM , NetApp Storage , and Sophos Firewall .
Hands-on experience managing Tally-ERP servers , WordPress , WooCommerce , and GoDaddy domains .
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and networking hardware including routers, switches, and modems.
Soft Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all IT systems.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in Microsoft , Cisco , Sophos , or Azure are a plus.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integrations
