Responsibilities:


  • Handling customer queries over the phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.
  • Building and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers and doing follow-up calls.
  • Must explain to the customers the proper details of the property.
  • Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.
  • Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.


Requirements:


  • At least 1 Months of experience is required.
  • Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Only work from Office candidates are welcome.
