We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for building client relationships, managing property listings, and driving sales growth.


Experience: 0-6 Months


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Showings and Open Houses: Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to prospective buyers and addressing their inquiries.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their interests are represented throughout the process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing and administration, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports to management.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
