Eureka Forbes is looking to hire a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Category Head – AMC Sales to own and drive the growth of our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) business. This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end category planning, sales performance management, pricing, customer lifecycle campaigns, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute AMC sales strategies (renewals + new sales) across channels – D2C and partner-driven. Pricing & Packaging: Define pricing strategies, create bundled offerings, and design promotions to drive conversions and upsell. Leverage data and customer feedback to identify barriers, unmet needs, and opportunities for growth within the AMC lifecycle. Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted marketing & sales campaigns to drive AMC conversions, renewals, and upgrades. Channel Management: Work closely with internal sales teams, service partners, call centers, and digital marketing to ensure consistent messaging and delivery. Performance Monitoring: Set and track KPIs, generate regular MIS reports, and drive course corrections as needed. Liaise with Service Ops, Product, CRM, Digital, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution and customer experience. Technology Enablement: Partner with product and tech teams to automate and digitize AMC journeys (sales and renewals). Qualifications & Experience: ~ MBA from a Tier-1 institute ~ Prior experience in category management/revenue-facing/consulting roles ~7-8 years of experience in category management/revenue-facing/consulting roles ~ Strong commercial acumen and customer-first thinking ~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
