What we are looking for Role: Net App Storage Admin Experience Range: 7- 10 Years Location: Bengluru Must Have: Clustered Data ONTAP Installation and Configuration Net App Administration - Volume management, network management, Capacity management CIFS & NFS storage management Data protection features on Net App - in depth knowledge Python Scripting The person must possess self confidence in his / her technical abilities to perform the role in Storage Administration & Project Migration.

Person is expected to have good team handling skills and also a team player to have a smooth collaboration in feature team.

Provide recommendations to improve the NAS infrastructure , and address / mange critical issues and root cause analysis.

As a NAS Feature Team member, ensuring stable Production on File Storage, maintaining accessibility, and managing disruptions as per PLT Escalation Matrix is your top priority.

As a SAFE FT member, embrace changing requirements, prioritize customer satisfaction through timely delivery, and utilize Scrum ceremonies for collaborative planning within SAFe framework.

Deliver new features, enhance user experience, and demonstrate self-organization within a matured feature team.

Own tasks, adapt to flexible working hours during launches, and actively participate in key forums for team goals.

In PI planning, groom topics based on WSIF priority, estimate actions with systems thinking, and contribute to continuous enhancement.

Provide support to other FT members per SAFe principles.

In File service RUN mode, handle UNITY INC/CHG/ALERT/REQ as per defined SLA.

Should be open to work on 24x7 environment to manage Production stability and operations to be executed during Non-business hours.

Monitor and update Capacity Management with advanced competencies in Net App technology.

Upskill in DEVOPS, considering Control Plane and Resource Plane during brainstorming.

Stay aware of cloud services and market trends to contribute value to the service.

Initiate understanding client use-cases for onboarding from Traditional Infra to FILE, providing cloud strategy solutions.

Good to Have: Expertise in Net App AFF storage technology and installation of new Net App clusters to the Production for regular scaleup of Infrastructure.

Expertise in Net App provisioning and snap mirror replication for both CIFS and NFS.

Hands on experience in ONTAP firmware update on Net App clusters.

Experience in troubleshooting Level 2/3 issues on the Net App filers in SAN and NAS environments Exposure to Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches and intermediate troubleshooting skills.

Exposure to managing Net App storage related errors and hardware failures and vendor management.

Experience in Preparation of Production referential like Runbook, Disaster recovery scenario management, managing operations on storage clusters.

Ability to plan , manage and coordinate new feature designing and development as well as run activities.

Exposure to Incident management, configuration management and capacity Management.

Exposure to Develop and maintain standard metrics for service performance analysis , component reports and service reports , based on Customer requirements Applied knowledge in the administration of windows and Linux servers Good knowledge on ITIL and experience on handling incident / change / problem on regular basis.

Essential: Good in Technical Documentation and design process and standards Expert on Critical incident management and SLA management.

Proven track record in the implementation and execution of documented support processes and can direct others in same.

Intermediate level experience in Python scripting and automation.

Good to have knowledge on cloud storage basics and market trend for storage services.

Enthusiast who focuses on regular upskilling and share the knowledge with colleagues.

Leadership skills on mentoring new team members and work towards team's success.

Minimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education •Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
