SEO EXECUTIVE / ANALYST FOR A DIGITAL GROWTH AGENCY

Development of SEO strategy for clients using -
# Competition Analysis
# KW research & analysis
# Backlink Analysis
KW Research -
# Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
# Experience with Googles Keyword Tool
# Usage of Paid tools
On-page SEO -
# Heading Optimizations
# Meta tag optimization
# KW inclusions for rankings
# Image Optimization, Page Content Optimization, XML and HTML site map creation
Off-page SEO -
# Develop and implement link building strategy
# Good knowledge of backlink analysis
# Search Engine Submission, Directory Submission, Social Bookmarking, Link Exchange, Photo Sharing, Video Promotions, Article Submission, Document sharing, Press Release Promotion, Classifieds Submission.
Monitoring -
# Monitoring website performance using tools
# Analysis of Rank drops to come up with solutions
Client Servicing -
# Engage in regular coordination with clients to update on strategy, progress, and outcomes.
# Manage new requirements and feedback, coordinating with other teams (Design, SEO, Website) to align on client goals.
# Conduct monthly and weekly update calls, providing insights into organic performance and ensuring client satisfaction.
# Smoothly handle client escalations, adapting strategies as needed to address any issues.
Requirements:
# Indepth working knowledge on complete SEO process - KW research, silo process, SEO Content, on-page, technical SEO, off-page link building, checking search console metrics, etc. Strong ability to identify and adapt to new organic trends and platform updates.
# Experience of independent Handling of Clients in a MUST. Strong client communication skills, capable of managing client expectations and handling feedback.
# Continuous self-learning and ability to adapt to the changing SEO trends
# Demonstrated organizational skills in handling, directing and prioritizing multiple and complex assignments/ projects
# Desirable - Knowledge of Wordpress HTML/CSS and website administration
