Maintaining Records Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, agreements, and communications in the CRM. Ensure all documents and records comply with company policies and are easily retrievable. Collaboration Across Teams Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and partner needs are met effectively. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education financing or financial services sector. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data. Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
