- Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and product owner, ensuring the team has a clear understanding of project requirements and priorities
- Act as a proxy product owner when necessary, making informed decisions and providing guidance on data products to support the team's objectives
- Ideally should have prior experience in Data projects.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Remove impediments to the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to address any issues or roadblocks
- Track and report on team progress, using Agile metrics and tools to ensure transparency and visibility for stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and a commitment to excellence
- Assist with resource planning, workload distribution, and cross-team coordination to optimize team productivity and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the team's capabilities and the overall software development process
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
